All of us in this life know where life is headed: the slow decline of health, or unexpected illness, or sudden accident—and then it is over. We rarely speak of the inevitable, just because it so difficult to admit.

The Song of My Spiritual Life presents a deep and simple solution—and a way to share this solution with all our loved ones, everyone around us.

The Song was written just about 600 years ago by an amazing Buddhist master from the Himalayan kingdom of Tibet. His name was Je Tsongkapa, and he was at the same time the greatest thinker and the greatest meditator in the 25 centuries of Buddhism.

Je Tsongkapa wrote over 12,000 pages of incredible and practical advice for overcoming our normal life of death. And yet one fact about his own life is surprising: he almost never wrote about himself.

This small book is perhaps the only exception. Here, the Master reveals the brief and powerful method that he himself used, to overcome the inevitable tragedy of our life, and reach never-ending happiness. It is wonderfully available here, in pure & simple, beautiful words.

The text has been translated in clear, modern English by a team of highly qualified scholars from both Asia and the West—along with a crystal-clear explanation from Tibet written three centuries ago.
